How do I use the Annual Election materials available online?

We have outlined a few tips below to help you have a successful Annual Election:
  • Read your employee benefits brochure which outlines the changes for 2025.
  • Annual Election materials will be available through the CITGO Intranet or via the Internet at http://www.hr.citgo.com.
  • Review your current coverage as outlined in SAP Employee Self Service (ESS) if you are a CITGO Employee OR your Annual Confirmation Statement if you are a CITGO Retiree.
  • Review your current payroll deductions for your benefits.
  • Verify your current and possible future eligible dependents.
  • Verify your physician and provider network access for medical, dental and vision coverage.
  • Review your Flexible Spending Account elections (if applicable).
  • Review your Health Savings Account elections (if applicable).
  • Confirm your first payroll deductions or your billing statements for 2025 agree with your elections.
