NEW Online Pension System and Call Center

You now have four new ways to access your pension plan account information:

  • Via CITGO Benefit Connections using single sign-on; you must be logged on to the CITGO network and be an active employee
  • Via CITGOPensionCenter.com using your personal electronic devices for both active and former employees
  • Via Alight Mobile app, available to download from Google Play or the Apple App Store
  • Or by calling the CITGO Pension Center at 1-866-292-6271

Through the new website, you’ll be able to access decision-making support and real-time transactions through the retirement process and other life events, including the following:

  • Verifying your pension benefits
  • Projecting your pension and other retirement benefits
  • Initiating and completing the pension commencement process
  • Tracking the progress of your pension retirement request
  • Changing your security information such as your password, phone PIN, user ID, and security questions and answers
  • Asking questions and get real-time answers through web chat functionality
  • Scheduling an appointment to receive a call from the CITGO Pension Center
  • Adding your mobile phone number so you can promptly access your account if you forget your phone PIN or website password

The first time you access the website through CITGO Benefit Connections, you’ll be asked to choose your security questions. Once you choose your security questions, you will be directed to the new site since you are accessing the website through single sign on (SSO). The second time you log on through the CITGO Benefit Connections using SSO, you’ll be asked to create a user ID and password and provide your contact information. Your user ID should not be your CITGO email address. On future visits, you won’t need to enter a password unless you access the site outside of the CITGO intranet or connect using the mobile app.

The new CITGO Pension Center is available at 1-866-292-6271 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday to:
  • Verify your pension benefits
  • Request a pension estimate
  • Initiate the pension commencement process
  • Change your phone PIN or request a new one
  • Add your mobile phone number to your profile so you can access your account more quickly in the event you forget your phone PIN or password.

You will need your temporary phone PIN on your first call, after which you will be prompted to change your phone PIN for future calls. If you do not receive your Phone PIN Notice in the mail, or if you misplace the Phone PIN Notice, please call the CITGO Pension Center to have a new Phone PIN Notice mailed to you.
